The lands of skyrim prove to be a harsh and cold one to those used to warmer climates or those with a taste for softer soil. Many Khajiit normally only come up here for only for trade and profit opportunities. Some come for a calling other than the jingling of septims.

One khajiit rode on the back of a rather large horse like creature. Dressed in mage's robes and hood to cover her face, she looked over to the horizon, the sight of country's tallest mountain and miles away from The Rift where she had entered the country from Morrowind and was rejected from entering Riften to rest. Vanjirra sighed to her self. "Looks like the distrust for my kind still persist after all these years." She muttered to herself as she patted the "horse" to move on. The horse looked more like it was daedric in origin, but it was far better than being ripped off by a bigoted Nord who thought he could get more money out of her then she had. Nords in this country tended to be that way toward foreigners and other races for that matter; whither they be man or mer.

That wasn't her concern for now, that concern was for the town of Helgen where she had been requested to travel. Something about being part of a guild that would peak her interests. Something very vague that the mage's college told her to travel such a long way for. Strange indeed, for she had a lot of 'interests': Food from other provinces, studies of powerful daedra and their princes, even the culture of the other provinces. At the very least they could have been more specific about the ordeal. If it was something that she couldn't give her honest opinion in when she arrived there, then what would have been the point of such a long and difficult journey?

She came upon the town's walled entrance and tilted her head to the side. 'why would such a small village need a defence this large?' she thought to herself as she climbed off the "horse" and banished it to its own plane. She spotted an Orc, one of massive size from what she could see and waved to get his attention. "Many pardons from this one, would you mind telling me if this is Helgen?" She called, hoping she wouldn't have to sleep on the road another night.
