A Kepler's presence meant that she was at least someone safe from the strangers, as his race wasn't generally inclined to violence. However a Kepler this far inland was a odd sight, she had only seen a few of the reclusive creatures in the see and not one on land before. The other man was armed, but he didn't look particularly ready to fight, yet that was all she could gather and nothing was going to let her relax her guard.
