Samuel snapped back into the reality of where he actually was when Malice told him that they needed to leave. Bertram who'd simply walked past them was no longer in the area. This would be the best time for them to make an escape. "How are you feeling Malice? Can you run?" Samuel asked as he glanced around to see if anyone was coming soon. He was sure that Gabriel would be back with more vampires if they didn't make a move. Then his thoughts were broken by a large roar from the crowd. Samuel raised an eyebrow and looked towards the direction of the arena entrance.

Gabriel watched as A'Sharia laced the crowd with the perfect words they needed to hear. She was always good for things like that, Gabriel on the other spoke with a sword rather than a mouth. Gabriel eased up a bit as the crowd began to exit the arena. A'Sharia's smile caused Gabriel to feel a bit embarrassed that he couldn't control the crowd. Then surprisingly to Gabriel, she kissed his cheek. He tried to remain completely cool as he stared straight forward into the almost empty arena. As he heard her footsteps go farther, he turned his head slightly towards her direction and quietly responded "not at all" , as he touched his cheek.
