Stasis raised a brow slightly at the red-head's question. No one to his knowledge, other than him and his ex, really ever said anything about. Nevermind asking him if he was a dancer. He said, knowing he was give a BS answer but didn't really care. He wandered over to one of his bags, hiking it onto his back before regretting the action.

"This doesn't feel like clothes. You smugglin' someone?" he said, now making his way up the stairs. "First door next to the stairs. Not too hard to miss if you're not in a hurry. Stasis turned the corner real fast, setting the suitcase on the floor. He cracked his neck and shoulder, the suitcase feeling like the weight of the world just lifted off his shoulders. His own suitcase was still where he left it, obviously. He sat down on his bed near the window, dazing out a bit. New york was a new city for him. A southern boy in a city known for having a population larger than some countries. To be honest, he was nervous about it. But who wouldn't...unless they lived here.

Rowan was near sleep in the kitchen, lazing in the sun. Unfortuantly, the laze after her intence travel was rudely interupted by some little creature she had never seen before. She gave a long, annoyed 'Meooooooww', before lazily pawing at the creature in an effort to make it go away. It was obvious the cat didn't feel like moving for her spot as she clawlessly pawed at the fox in irritation.
