Alexander looked at the time, noting that two minutes have passed since he last looked at his wristwatch. He had just gotten home from school and was now looking forward to seeing that girl again. The whole day he had been wondering about her and the party, but tried to convince himself to not meet up with her. He thought it would be better that way.
Alex had been keeping his eye open for the cute, big eyed girl at school all week, but he didn’t find her. He wondered if she was hiding in the library, or in a classroom, maybe with a boyfriend she had, or maybe she wasn’t in the same school at all. Alex saw the other guy around, the one from the cafe that had been so protective of Delilah. He had gotten glares from this guy since Monday.
Alex chuckled to himself before he pulled his jacket off and threw in over the back of the chair in his room. He remembered the look on the guy’s face, wondering what his big problem was. Alex had no messages on his phone, he checked the time there too. May had been very quiet lately. She would usually be all over him by now.
The crazy thing is that Alexander would have actually considered her if he hadn’t met someone better. He ran his hand through his hair and sat down in the chair, looking out the window. It will never be easy to be a monster, knowing that he could hurt anyone at any time. Delilah was worth checking out, so he would know who she was, where she came from. She stirred up his curiosity over her.
Alex looked at the time again. He smirked a little when he saw that almost ten minutes has passed. He reached over to his side and pulled a book closer, hoping that it would make the next two hours go by faster.
