Yanni bounded from Jacob, before she had the chance to come close, and grabbed at one of the hanging lights above. Climbing it, gritting her teeth, through the pain and of all the blood being lost, Yanni prevailed. She looked back toward Jacob. Even that strike hadn't worked. It was then she knew...she couldn't do anything. Not one thing to truly hurt him. Well, shit. Time wasted.
He was afraid of the cops for some reason, though. What was that gonna do to him? Why was that so bad? He would be able to kill them all.
Wouldn't he?
If she couldn't hurt him, she could sure as hell make his life worse somehow.
