I went to the study. There was a large desk in the center of a corner and several bookshelves full of books. There were a couple religious or mythological paintings on some of the walls. There was also a drawing board and what looked like blueprints for construction projects. I looked at some of the books on the bookshelves. There were books on demonology and mythology, which I thought were strange interests for a man who was a construction engineer. Opening one the drawers in his desk, I found a leather-bound book that looked like a journal of some sort. I decided to take it. I also took a couple of the books from the bookshelf and some of the blueprints from the drawing board. When I left, I saw the two guys still in the hallway.
"Thank you for not calling the cops or anything. I'm done looking around and I'm going to head back to my house. It is getting late. What are you guys doing here anyways? Ghost hunters or something? Yeah, there has been alot of rumors saying this house is haunted now. My names Alexandra by the way. It's a small town so I'm sure we'll bump into each other some time." I said as I walked towards my car.
