When Kat came-to everything was dark, then she realized that she hadn't opened her eyes yet. When she finally did, the first thing she saw was Gale. "Hey." She mumbled sleepily, weakly raising a hand to put over her mouth while yawning. "What's up?" As she attempted to turn over to face him, a sharp pang shot through her body, starting at her neck. Shuddering, she moved her hand from her mouth to her neck, feeling the dried blood. "W-What happened?" Her eyes widened, and she pushed herself away from him. Did he do this to her? But..he couldn't have. Why would he want to hurt her? Hadn't he just said last night that he liked her?...
