“How about we just stick with the daggers I supply to keep it fair.” Robert said, tossing a bag he'd grabbed from under his desk into the middle of the classroom, it landed with a thud. It obviously contained the daggers. "Lame!" Zac said, but he guessed it would be ok. "Alright, I guess this'll make it harder, more of a challenge." He at least was proficient enough with daggers. He walked over to the bag, digging around till he found one that fit his hand well before returning to his seat, twirling the dagger expertly in his hand. He fiddled with it for a while, listening for what else Robert had to say. “Now, everyone get a dagger. I have already cleared it up with the headmaster and you have been aloud to carry yours around at all times. I might come out of nowhere with a Jersey Devil at the ready. So keep it with you, but don’t flash it at any of your teachers or fellow, non-mage classmates.” He warned. Zac spoke up, "Is it ok if I store it in a different shape?" he asked. To illustrate his point, Zac began to spin his dagger once again. The blade was moving so fast, it seemed to slither and weave unnaturally in his hand, finally morphing into a snake with a silent animation spell. The metal snake rocketed out of his hand, morphing into a bird mid-jump. The little metal bird flitted in a circle before diving straight down. Finally the little bird turned into a little ball and landed squarely in his pocket. "My showing off aside, is it ok if I store it as such to practice rapid metal shaping?"
Pitt catches Ikari's gaze, who nodded slowly and "smiled" reassuringly. Pitt sniffled then smiled, wiping the tears from her eyes. "Thank you" She mouthed silently.
“I can see that this is a sensitive subject." Ms. Kira said, she seemed to empathize with all the students. "But It’s something that always needs to be talked about. If you aren’t made aware of any of this, you might make a mistake.” Kira smiled and jumped up onto the front desk. “Now, onto a lighter subject! You get a partner for life if you play your cards right. And, like I said yesterday, no matter what, the bond between you and your Keeper is incomprehensible by any normal human. It’s as if you two are the perfect lovers in a perfect story." At that Pitt blushed very red. She'd always loved Zac, but that was way too much to think about. She thought about it again, on accident. This caused Pitt to blush even harder. "But intimacy is usually avoided between demon’s and Keepers because most of us aren’t that humanoid. But those of us that are more humanoid are usually very close with their Keeper’s but more free. Animalistic demons are close, but feel the need to never leave their Masters side.” Pitt thought about it again and blushed some more, sinking into her seat. She hoped no one saw her.
