Lilly was getting worked up, not being able to see Zac anywhere. But once his voice sounded through the air all around her, she pulled out her dagger and shielded her upper body and head, spreading her feet so she was in a steady position. "Well, looks like you're ready then. I've got to say, you change fast, especially for a girl. Well then, before we begin, I have to ask for reasons of conscious, are you sure you wanna do this? I'm pretty upset about losing once already today, even if it was to Robert. I might not be able to hold myself back, even if you're a girl. I'll try not to kill you, obviously, but I can't guarantee I won't slip up. I'm just a kid after all." he said.
“Well you better be ready for more disappointment, cause I’m not walking away a loser twice today either. And just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you should hold back ever! I’m just as strong, even stronger, than any man! Try and kill me! I dare you!” She ignored the comment about her changing quickly. It wasn’t like she needed to take an hour to get dressed for a battle anyways.
Zac dropped down from the trees and landed with a soft thud, behind Lilly as he pulled his weapon out of the ground, still kneeling. "If you're absolutely sure you wanna do this there's no way I'm backing down, but I can't I can't start this in good conscious if you don't want it. Despite what you think, I don't hate you, I don't want to kill you, hell I don't even think you're a bad person. You're alright, you're just different and people have a hard time respecting that. I did too at first, but I've seen that that's wrong. I can't judge you, I hardly even know you. But, I'd like to, if you want, I'd like us to be friends even." Lilly rolled her eyes, trying to hold strong. She didn't give a care about anything he was saying. "Feh, I'll stop my rambling, if memory serves we aren't here for a tea party, we're here to fight. Let's get this started then, I'm excited!" Zac said. Lilly turned quickly, glaring at Zac intently. He placed his off hand on the ground. As he stood, five more long swords, identical to the one he'd already summoned, rose into the air at his back in his customary Wingblade formation. "Ready when you are Vatalini."
“I’ve been ready,” she said, remaining in the same stance as earlier. Lilly’s eyes darted to the side where the shadows stood still. The only one dancing even the slightest was her own. She used her own shadow to cover the dagger blade in what she called Shadow Fire, something of her own creation. The blade now had the ability to pass through anything and send a shock through the object, as long as Lilly was concentrated. She continued to stare at Zac, trying to build up her power and wait for him to make the first move. “I don’t care for your opinion. Trying with me is going to be a pure waste of your time. So shut up and fight me! It's time I show you what I can really do!”
