Evie smiled at the girl when they started to walk together, she kept her eyes to the ground, biting her lip a little. When she heard the girl say she was going to Navy Pier for a job she looked up and at the girl "Um I am too..um heading to Navy Pier to a job...to work" she said awkwardly then looked back down to the ground. "I am just starting a job at the arcade in the theater". She then heard the girl introduce herself as Danny, she looked back up to the girl and smiled a little "Evie..I mean Evies my name, im Evie...ugh sorry" she muttered the last part and sighed. Sometimes she wished she couldn't talk, then she wouldn't put herself in these awkward situations. As she continued to look down to the ground and walk with Danny she noticed the other girls shoes, they were colorful and Evie couldnt help but smile, she liked them. She loooked over to Danny and saw the other girl looking at her so she quickly looked back down to the ground, unsure of what to say.
