She felt herself relax when she saw his eyes soften and his katana drop away. She understood his carefulness and she nodded. It made her feel even more safe as she stood in this community. She held her pack close to her chest again and looked at the three people around her. She wondered if the other girl found the person. She didn't think so as she could still feel their eyes. She looked around and then back at the girl named Skylar as she introduced herself.
She nodded and just shrugged. Then looked back behind her and saw a figure quite a ways away in the shadow. She clenched her fists and realized she'd gone invisible again, but their was really nothing she could do. Her powers were more defensive than to attack. She eyed the bushes and saw that they were still. Maybe she'd just seen the shadowed figure, but she still was invisible, which meant her body still felt threatened.
