He was attacked by a gust of wind, but it was just natural wind and he wasn't prepared. He fell from his place in the sky and he torpedoed towards the academy. This was dangerous, but he wasn't fazed one bit. He stayed calm and he tried to steer himself upwards, since he couldn't counteract the speed he was going at, yet. He managed to use his speed to his advantage and steer upwards, but he was an inch away from being split in two by crashing into the building. He was strong enough to carry himself by using air bending, but he mostly focused on that and he needed more training in bending. He was a bit advanced in bending, since he could stay calm when bending and it required a bit of concentration to bend. Oh god, he wasn't paying attention and he crashed into the wall of the academy, but he managed to shield himself with compressed air and he managed to not get too damaged. He was making a mental map of the city. He didn't even care that he was almost killed, since he was busy thinking about other things. He would have traveled on boat, but then he wouldn't have the practice that he managed to get. He wasn't a city boy, but he was smart enough to read about the city and the way it worked. He could speak as if he was from the city, since he studied a lot into the way it worked. He flew upwards, since he needed a better vantage point. But, he was sure to be more careful and not almost get killed again. He was wearing the clothes that were trending at the time, since he didn't want to stand out and be forced to fight early on.

He flew towards the place the Avatar should be at, since he was a bit late and it would be rude to be any more later. He went in tumbling, but he managed to be silent while tumbling. It would have been embarrassing, if he actually cared about that kind of stuff. "Sorry I'm late, but I crashed into something." He didn't feel the need to explain any more, since he didn't really care about the people in the room enough to not act cold-hearted towards them.
