Avidian smiled and relaxed his wings gently. "You should try flying, it's amazing. . . . Like nothing I've ever experienced." He got a dreamy look in his face as he spoke of it. Putting Shadow slayer on his back, he turned to face her. He realized they had cleared their area and could go regroup with the others. "Ever flown before? You know. . . With wings. . ." He kicked at the ground a little and bowed his head, his hair covering half his face.
