In the sleeping city of Tartaraz walk only mad things. It is a city of old, terrible, unnumbered crimes.

Great winged creatures of shadow, chaos, and hatred soar and weave between the paripaces and towers sharp as knifes. Even more grotesque and vile creatures patrol the fearsome ramparts.
