Esther slowly stopped shivering at his kind words, he obviously didn't want to hurt her and that made her feel a bit better. When he told her to put her hands down she stiffened a little bit. But reluctantly she moved her hands and set them on her lap. Someone else came and she covers her head again until the person left. Esther put her hands back on her lap again. She peaked at him and he was just staring at her giving her space. She lifted up her head and looked at him. Quick as lightning she was infront of him holding her pinky out. "Promise." She said and she could tell she confused him. "You said you promise you won't hurt me, so to make sure it's true, pinky promise." She said smiling but not a wide enough to show teeth. She was putting her trust in him, something she rarely does. She crissed crossed in front of him still holding out her pinky for him to seal the promise.
