Koby felt something hit his head before the object landed in his lap. It seemed to be chocolate. Koby grimaced, he wasn't in the mood for food, yet alone sweets. His head was hung, but Jake was persistent. "Cheer up. Wanna go grab some pizza with me?" Jake askd. He was trying, but Koby was stubborn. He remained silent, looking at the ground of the laundry room, still wrapped in only a towel. "I'l be back soon okay? Getting pizza, since we're all hungry," And with that, Jake left the room, leaving Koby to sit in misery and regret. He took this chance then to finally draw his eyes to the scratch marks and bite mark on his chest and on his arm. It was bruising already, the blood had dried, but some had washed away during his trek through the rain. The scratches weren't too terrible, but they stung, little half moons dragged down his chest. A slight blueish colour was covering his bicep around the bite mark. Koby looked away before analysing the pain, resisting to remember how those injuries occured. But he couldn't stop it.His body was a constant reminder of how close she had gotten. He remembered Rayna fighting against him, scratching and biting him, leading onto him comforting her, holding her so close to him. He remembered her lips and how they felt on his...oh how foolish he had been. Tears swelled in his eyes, finally overflowing calmly. He wasn't crying, sobbing nor having a fit of sorts. He just simply let his tears fall.
