After talking to Isabelle, Hiro began his way into the Mess hall, seeing a few people talking already he decided now would probably be the best time to wait for someone to talk to him. He went and ordered a slice of Pizza, nothing too fancy. When the line finally let him pay and exit he walked over to a table not too far from them, but not close enough to really eavesdrop on them. He just sat and begin eating, thinking of the time this summer that was going to happen and hopefully how smoothly he would get to meet people and become friends with them.
Eating his pizza a bit more he just kept looking around. not bored or anything but he wanted something to focus his eyes on, so he didn't have to keep looking around in an almost lonely way. He wasn't lonely, he just didn't know what to do at the moment, right now the only people around seemed to be in conversation and he really didn't want to be rude about his love for attention.
