located in Legendary Surfer's Island, a part of Gnarly Waves, one of the many universes on RPG.
The waves are gnarly today, and the beach is not even that crowded. Awesome day for surfing..should I go now or after work?

Gabe was about to answer his question, obviously by saying that she was the better surfer, when he went up to the counter. She watched somewhat disgusted as he spoke to the girl behind the counter, confirming earlier suspicions, he was definitely a friend, not a date. That surprisingly did not bother her much, as a pretty face and charming smile wasn't going to turn her to putty, that easily.
They sat and she pulled her legs up and crossed them underneath her, aware of how improper it was and loving almost every moment of it. "When did you begin surfing?", she managed to ask, uncomfortable when the silence settled in. What happened to trying to be pleasant? Oh, yes, counter girl. It shouldn't have surprised her though, most girls now were either attention whores or just, whores.
