Valdimar tried to smile as he got up off of Lana, "Sorry about that little tumble, but I swear I'm okay to surf". Swerving a bit with arms outstretched, he looked for his balance, finding it soon after. He heard a soft remark about insults, and him. It had been John's younger sister, one of the girls he had seen before.
"Whats the matter? I'm not a shark so I don't bite." Hiro was there too, probably worried about his little accident. Valdimar walked over to a water fountain, a smug grin on his face. He rinsed his mouth out and splashed some water over his face. Something was nagging him about Hiro in the back of his head...something about work. He shook his head, the water dripping from his face. He could worry about work later. Now was the time to make some friends and have fun.
