Joker heard the girl in the cell next to him move around, which wasn't surprising since he had heard the guards unchain her less than a few moments ago. It wasn't that long before her that they allowed him to roam around his cell, though he had a chain attached to his ankle. At times it could get uncomfortable or awkward to wear, but it was better than how he had been chained to the wall in the beginning. In between every crazy joke the green haired man spit out at them, and the blood that he spat in their faces, the chains had always been the worse. Their hits never even bothered him.
Rising from his bed, he shuffled over to the bars between the two rooms. He sat crosslegged on the ground, not even looking at the girl in the cell next to his and instead placing his head on the wall and looking blankly at the wall. "What are you?"
