She finally put the make up and hand held mirror away, "And I'm here for the same reason everyone else goes to rehab; I need help."

She had noticed the track marks under his many tattoos, and the way his hands were shaking. It didn't take a genius to know why he was here, though you wouldn't know just by a glance that he was a drug addict.

Ash extended her arms to give him a better view of the multiple marks that decorated them and said with a small smile, "I'll show you mine if you show me yours?" A few of the scars were very long and extended down her arms, a few were big, round burn marks, pulling up her shirt to show him her tiny belly where the words 'ugly' and 'dirtball' were scrawled, and finally there were bandages wrapped around her wrists where she must have pulled the stunt that got her here.

She didn't actually expect an answer, but she figured that her and Oz would be spending a good chunk of down time together and they might as well get to know one another. She flopped down so that she was on her back, staring at the ceiling. She counted tiles for a few minutes before she brought her sock covered feet up in front of her, grabbing at her toes and rocking back and forth for a moment. She laughed and then flipped over on her stomach, glancing over at her roommate and waiting for him to reply.
