Varin sighed, knowing there was no way out of the question now. At the very least, he could blurt it out. "He was teasing me. He knows more than y'all that my string of relationship failures." Varin froze up a bit, feeling the heat in his face a bit from it. It was clearer now, he did have a crush on his best friend. But it was all the more painful now that he thought about it.

Emilen blinked once kyle basicly vomited his crush for him. It took a minute to register. One of his long time friends having a crush on him...that he never noticed. Ever. At least until now. "Why hadn't I noticed then?" He said simply since it was the only real thing he could think of. He still nuzzled him in reassureance, making sure that the other felt alright.
