Jordyn reached the library and turned the doorknob, pushing the giant door open. Immediately, she inhaled deeply like a sign of relief. The library was probably her favorite place in the castle, right next to the training room.

She walked up and down the closet aisles, running her tan fingers along the spines of books. Her fingers kept going until she hit a rather rough book. She stopped and looked at it, pulling it out of its place on the shelf. The book was large and heavy, with what looked like a million pages. Flipping open the cover brown cover, Jordyn could tell it was ancient from the look of the thick pages. The words looked like they were handwritten in perfect cursive.

A small smile formed on her face and she closed the book, a bit of dust flying. The dust caused her to sneeze several times. Unfortunately, when she sneezed she sounded like a mouse. Shaking her head, she took the heavy book with her. As she walked to the back of the library for a vacant table, she passed one of her roomates, Hannah, and smiled a little. "Hi, Hannah."
