She seemed quite angry with him. Vani thought for a long moment. He wasn't quite sure what to do. She'd told him not to speak to her until he had figured out what she'd really been asking him. He was just at a loss. He was sure that deep frustration and confusion were written upon his face. He remained silent. Vanisailon didn't want to risk angering Alissa further. He gently rose from his seat and made his way back into the cave. He sat down, upon his bedding, against the wall. He closed his golden eyes and allowed his thoughts to roam. He could see his parents' smiling faces. They still cared for him, even though he'd broken their hearts. How he wished that they approved of his lifestyle and wouldn't care if he visited or not. He recalled many of the cruel faces that had always been taunting him. He could see perfectly his former home. The many streets and buildings. Perhaps..perhaps Alissa wanted him to go with her. Though, that wouldn't quite explain her anger at him. He sighed softly. He remained sitting, looking quite forlorn.
