Rily noted that Amara had been gone for some time. He had had plenty of time to dress and was now waiting on her. It was then that he heard something behind him. A voice he wished so badly that he was not hearing.
"You think you could hide her from your father, Rilyanassë? Sssstupid boy.." Orin hissed at him.
"Tick-tock, little prince!" She was gone, Amara with her, before the Prince could even react. He'd failed Amara. He was supposed to be able to protect her. Suddenly, something snapped inside Rilyanassë. He slowly began shifting. The pain seared through him as his bones and skin grew. Rage and hatred filled his mind. He now stood tall at seven feet, his true
form was menacing and showed the reason why he was a dog in his animal form. The great Demon was quickly bounding out of the house, headed to the Underworld. Only one thought filled his mind..that he must kill the Demon King.
Sharkû was playing with the girl's hair, smiling evilly. "Tell me, little creature, how have you wrapped my son so tightly around your finger?" he asked, his deep voice resounding around the room. "I think we shall have you unspoiled for when he comes for you. He needs to learn a lesson." The Demon then called for some strange looking Demons into the room. He ordered them torture the girl as they wished. He only said that he wanted to be able to hear her screams from the tallest tower.
After the screams had stopped,
Sartanis made her way into the throne room. Her eyes fell onto the poor girl. It looked as if the girl had been through years of torture. She felt pity for the child. She slowly approached the girl and kneeled before her. "Amara. Amara? I'm Sartanis. I'm not going to hurt you. Do you know why you're here?" she asked as she placed a pale hand upon Amara's head. She couldn't heal the girl but she could take away some of her pain.
