The last M'tun was an evil tyrant before the Echanii turned him into his instrument, but this new M'tun could choose to be benevolent, and so, we too, would adopt a benevolent nature, such is the way of our faith. However, that is his choice, and he will only be able to make it when he has his full power. As you may have heard, the last of his power lies within the old M'tun, who was turned into a pylon for the Echanii's holy power. If this pylon reaches full power, then the Echanii's corruption will go global, and we'd all turn into mindless beasts. Even you gods will be affected. You must realize that, despite your own evil nature, that this cannot be allowed to happen. The Echanii is returning, and he will seek to use his M'tun - pylon again. Only the new M'tun can challenge his old self, and even then we'd need to weaken the beast before Guy could land even a single blow. Thats where Palovala's prism comes in. I have sent Guy and his friends to go and look for it, but they also need the power of the Gods to wield it. They need you. They've just left.
