Kiku looked up at Yuki as her new friend tried to alleviate the worries Kiku had just confessed, and though she felt a bit better about it, the ordeals of this morning still weighed on her.
"I have to go sign up for this. I'll be right back."
A nod and a wave were Kiku's response to this. Once Yuki was out of ear shot she would heave out a sigh, looking out the door towards the ceremony grounds. Well... At least she doesn't hate me. Her mind began to wander for a few moments before the loudspeakers crackled to life and announced the beginning of the ceremony. Should I go?... She'd said she'd be right back... Plus I don't know if I could go out and there and face everyone after yelling like I did... Suppose I'll just wait, I might be able to hear everything from hear anyways. Kiku moved to take a seat near the open door, leaning back against the wall. "And she said I could call her Yuki but... Whenever I say it, it just reminds me..." She spoke quietly to herself, assuming no one was around to hear her but not really checking to make sure of it. I guess I really haven't moved on yet... A few tears began to form in the corners of her eyes as she looked down at the ground in front of her feet. God I'm pathetic...
