"Why are you being so nice to me? Are you planning something? Are you going to drive a stake through my heart? I'll kill you before I let that happen!" Rose stood up and glared daggers at Jack.
"Woah, settle down....I'm not planning anything, and I'm certainly not going to do anything to hurt you." Jack shifted around on the bed, he glare making him quite uncomfortable again.
" I just wanted to be a friend to you, thats why I'm being nice." He said in a calm tone. He didn't want to get frustrated because that would make things even worse. So he kept calm.
Suddenly a dragon, around the size of a fully grown cat scurried in. Jack raised and eyebrow at it, resisting the urge to run over to it and pick it up then cuddle the crud out of it. Jack had never seen a dragon before, but he had read about them in books. Though he was excited about the dragon he kept most of his focus on Rose.
