Luckily for Troy, Marilyn had already been in her cave when he had his "fit." She looked around, grabbing the basket she had once made herself. She often made them whenever she had been waiting for her long-awaited guest. She placed a few portions of food into it, grabbing one rag and placing it over as she neatly placed the rest of the items she had previously gathered.

After a few minutes, Mary came out of the cave, basket in hand and staff returning to her. She walked over to Troy and smiled, "Be careful, dear. I may not always be there to help you when you're tired..."

Meanwhile, a man's ears twitched, picking up two voices. A familar. The other? Not so familar. He barred his teeth, his tail swaying to and fro. He began to make his way into the forest once more.
