Jude dug into his plate and he smiled when she said that she was pleased with his cooking. "I like it." he said, "It's very soothing." He saw her appreciate the flowers that he had put on the table and said "In Vegas I will plant you a few of those roses that you like." he promised her. He felt bad that because of all this she had to pack up and leave.

She quoted the lord of the rings to him and he laughed softly, "I've seen it but not enough to quote it." He admitted. He liked the fact that she could quote it, "Now if you talk to me about Harry Potter, then I have a few things to say." He chuckled looking down at his plate and then quickly finishing it off.

She got up and gave him a kiss on the cheek and he smiled softly, he too got up and placed the plates in the sink. "V8 is for late night drinks." He chuckled. She drank from the bottle and when she moved it away she had a red moustache from the drink that made him snort. She spoke about blood but he only half paid attention, instead he stared at her mouth and wondered when she would notice.

Finally he gave in and grabbed a cloth from the counter and went to her. "Hold still." He murmured and he put the cloth against her mouth and rubbed away the juice. "I bonded with a messy nerd it seems." He teased her.
