Klaus never would really be able to wrap his mind around the fact that his sister wanted to be a werewolf. He knew that his could be reckless, she liked to party a lot after all, but this seemed irrational to him. Being a werewolf could be fun, sure. Over the past few weeks he had probably gained ten pounds in muscles alone. But at the same time it was disgusting, he was craving disgusting things- like the raw meat in the fridge right now. Just the thought of it made a bounce in his step, which he was trying very hard to get rid of as they came up the driveway. On the way home had been worse, it seemed as if he was always going too fast or too slow, and every slight turn they had to make he ended up jerking the wheel and making everyone move. His hands had been shaking so bad, he almost stopped and made someone else drive. That was another thing he had noticed, he couldn't stop the shaking. It would come and go, but as the full moon approached it was getting worse. As was the crazy cravings and strange urge to take off every time he saw the woods behind his house.
Though perhaps I had always felt like this. Maybe this wasn't as new as I thought. I always liked my food undercooked, the craving had just gotten stronger- to the point where I could take the steak out of a fridge and eat it half frozen. And I'd always been a little shaky, but they blamed it on my ADHD. Now it was almost constantly though, I couldn't stop myself from doing it. No matter how I distracted myself. When I was little, they could hardly ever get me to come out of the woods... I'd loved being in there, loved those summer nights I was allowed to sleep out in the tree house...
While he knew his sister liked to party, he wasn't all too excited about tonight. Of course, now that he was popular now, he sort of had to come out of his room and say hi to a few people. Oh well, he could deal with it if he had too. No big deal, it wasn't like he couldn't spend the rest of the night hiding in his room. Too bad he couldn't get drunk anymore, he could barely get a buzz, the werewolf in him just ate it up.
He got out of the car a few moments later, making his way towards the group at the top of the driveway quickly. Even when he reached them, he didn't stop moving, always shifting back and forth from foot to foot. It was habit, something that most just played off as him being overly optimistic all the time and unable to contain it. "Hey sis! Look what I found," without permission, he slung his arm around Eden, white teeth shining as he grinned. Isn't he cute? Claudia was the only one who knew about his sexuality, as of then. "His name is Eden; Eden, this is my sister Claudia."
