Kioni ended up falling asleep in the tree but was woken up by some ruckus. By the time he was fully awake all that was around was a dead badger. 'Must have been a fight..' He thought to himself. Kioni jumped down from the tree he was in and walked the border between the two clans again. He saw some kits playing and backed off again. He didn't want to scare them. He saw nightfur playing with them but decided not to say hello. She looked like she was having fun and he didn't want to interrupt her. The kits disappeared and kioni kept walking. When he got to the end of the border he turned around and walked back, chasing various bugs and mice on the way. He soon got bored and walked back to the spot where he met nightfur, hoping she would come back.
