Jax wrapped the animal skins he used as a coat closer to him for warmth. He had begun the climb up the mountain. He had also made coverings for Stone, keeping his body warm and wrapping his paws so they wouldn't freeze. The trek was perilous, but from the camp he stumbled upon earlier, he knew that there was another Hunter around. More Hunters meant that it was more likely that a Warg was around somewhere. He would rather be the one that found the monster, but it didn't really matter to him as long as the freak died. Stone stopped suddenly and turned his snout up, sniffing the air. He growled and Jax followed his eyes, a fire. He smirked, either that was the other Hunter, or it was the monster he was looking for. He reached down and rubbed Stone's head, praising the talented dog.
