Emily laughed in surprise as she was lifted onto Devon's lap. He buried his head in her shoulder and she put her head against his. "You just made me happier than you could ever imagine." She smiled and before she could utter a word his lips were on hers, and she let them stay. She kissed him back, opening her mouth to deepen the kiss. From the other relationships she had had {they had always ended rather well for her anyway} she had been told she was an exceptional kisser. Hopefully Devon thought the same. She loved the way he tasted, even after them both being stuck on an island for the past two days.
She leaned forward slightly, taking the upperhand and putting her palm against his cheek, while running her other hand under his shirt and up his chest as she had done before, only this time she knew exactly what she was doing.
