As Misaki watched Kano walk away she felt a shot of guilt run through her, but ignored it she'd make it up later. Turning around she walked away towards the end of the neighborhood where an old run down warehouse stood. In front of the doors were two of Daichi's men, giving them a glance the two men nodded and let Misaki through.
Opening and entering through two doors was a big room where a chair sat at the back. There Daichi was sitting surrounded by at least four men.
"Well it took you long enough Misaki, I was starting to think you had left me, a girl of your strength and stature is of great use to me," Daichi said with smirk on his face.
" Sorry I got held up, it isn't anything important," Misaki said looking straight at him in the eye. It would be dangerous if she gave out Kano or any of her "family's" names.
"Oh really well I have a task for you dear Misaki," Daichi said pulling out a portfolio. "This here is a man named Nakamura, he's been in debt to me for a while now and still hasn't paid up, so I need you to go to this address and kill him, " Daichi said smiling a sinister smile for he knew she didn't like doing these types of tasks but assigned her to it just for the amusement.
Grimacing, Misaki looked down at the portfolio, there showed a picture of a man about 35 or so and his personal information. "Fine whatever you say but after this i'm done for the day," Misaki said turning around leaving while digging her nails into her palms to refrain her from doing anything drastic.
After a couple of minutes Misaki arrived at the designated location. Looking at the house she started walking towards the it, kicking down the door Misaki heard the screams of a surprised wife and the whimper of a young child. Paying no attention to them Misaki walked towards the back of the house where she heard Nakamura calling to his wife.
Nakamura, who had ran out of his office stood right in front of Misaki shocked. "I'm sorry," Misaki muttered as she punched him in the gut causing him to hunch over giving her the opportunity to knee him in the face. Falling back Nakamura landed on the floor with a bloody nose. Behind Misaki she could hear his wife trying to calm the child down who had been crying.
"You should've paid off your debt," Misaki said on the verge of tears kicking Nakamura in the stomach. Groaning Nakamura laid on the floor in obvious pain. Her hands shaking Misaki took out the dagger in her cloak. "Please don't do this, please spare me!" Nakamura yelled.
Looking at Nakamura then at his wife and child who were crying and terrified in the corner Misaki put away her dagger. "Please just get out of here, move and don't come back again or i'll have to really kill you," Misaki replied leaving them.
Leaving the house and walking for a few minutes Misaki got back to the warehouse. Entering the room where Daichi was she could see his revolting smile. " So did you do it," he said laughing.
" No," Misaki said quietly, she wanted to hurt Daichi so bad but she stayed silent..
"What, you didn't follow instructions and disobeyed me!" Daichi said furiously getting up from his seat. "You deserve to be punished don't you Misaki, what a bad girl you've been," He said calmly walking towards Misaki. " Don't ever disobey me ever again or it could be worse," Daichi said swinging his fist at her causing her to fall to the ground. "Now get out of here and come back in a few days when your head is all clear," Daichi said kicking her in the stomach causing Misaki to gasp.
Getting up without a word Misaki left the neighborhood. She decided to walk to Kano's work, she didn't feel like going home in the state she was in. While walking Misaki touched her eye, quickly pulling away from the stinging sensation. Also while walking she could feel her side in intense pain, pulling up her shirt Misaki saw a long purple-blue bruise on the side of her stomach. "That damn fucker one day," she muttered to herself. Checking the time Misaki saw that it was almost time for Kano to get off. "Perfect i'll just wait for him," Misaki said leaning on the side of his workplace waiting.
