On the clock tower near the center of town, there are screens that use magic code to display PSAs in a manner no different from plasma TVs.
Just now, a message showed on the screens for all to see - the Tower Key being corrupted, and these words:
The Bell Tower has been safeguarding our world for centuries, and its power is about to wane. But do not lose hope! Together, we can revitalize its power of protection!
Many saw this, surprised and puzzled at first. Some where skeptic of the whole thing. But eventually, a few children started praying for the safety of the Bell Tower and the world. As they did, a faint glow manifested on the screens. Seeing this, several more people followed along...then several more...then several more! As more of the denizens prayed, the glow got stronger and stronger...!
