"Um, yeah, no, that's not happening." the singer protested as well, letting go of Milo so he could stubbornly fold his arms across his chest. The younger boy quickly glanced at everyone, and then back to the bus behind them. He for one didn't entirely mind having to share for this first little bit of a drive, to him it only meant there being a little bit less room for all of them.
"But..it's only for tonight," Milo repeated reasonably, causing Kaige (and the other two boys) to look down at him, "it can't be that bad." Perhaps he was being just the tiniest bit selfish by trying to change everyone's minds, or even just someone's mind, but he was ready to go. And if them going on the same bus was going to make that happen, then..
Kaige wanted to believe him, he really did, but the stubborn part of him that didn't want to like the other band too much
Milo let out a sigh then, not liking the other's answer at all. It wasn't like he was the bus master or something, anyway.. "Well it's not like we even have much choice if we want to get going, and I for one do."
Kaige was quiet again for a few long moments trying to ignore the look the boy was wearing, the one that he knew worked on the man every time. This time ended up being no different, and eventually the man offered a not too happy at all, "Whatever, fine. If there's absolutely nothing else that can be done, I guess we'll have to let them on."
The younger of the two couldn't help but smile then, resisting the urge he had to lean up and kiss the other because he didn't quite want to make it seem any more like they were together.
