Yuki carefully set down the sealed crate on the blood red flooring, silently noticing how clean his room was.. especially for someone of the male gender. "Yes, thank you Yuki. We were starting to run out." rang out his velvet voice, his praise making her heart soar. Flashing him a heart-warming smile, the whole world and the troubles that resided in it seem to melt away... that was until she saw his gaze travel to her neck. The bite marks.. I forgot to hide them! screeched her panicked inner voice as her own rust-hued gaze carefully latched onto Kaname's narrowing crimson. "Yuki, is Zero still drinking from you? Those holes on your neck look fresh." came his accusing words, the tone more or less slightly threatening with an underlying anger. Noticeably wincing under the harshness of his scrutinizing gaze, Yuki managed to quickly stutter out. "Ka-Kaname.. its f-fine! It's my choice.... to s-save Zero this way!"
It was at this moment that the door behind them had suddenly slammed shut causing Yuki to jump in surprise.
