Thinking things about her other life made her expression harden and gain a sharpness that only fit on her alter-ego's face. When business was slow, she entertained herself by people-watching from behind the counter. She privately wondered and guessed about the lives of customers, trying to pick out their personalities and private stories by the clothes they'd wear or the tip they'd leave.
