The Pidgey woke up and saw the Kirlia healing it. It flew into the air and took off, completely forgetting about the note it was holding. It went back to Crobat which was still using its supersonic to find the Pidgey. When the Pidgey caught up with it. The Crobat seemed to examine the Pidgey. It smacked the Pidgey with its huge wing and screeched something in its ear. The Pidgey turned around and saw that the man and the Girl where gone. The Crobat Screeched something else at the Pidgey and took off after the man. The Pidgey looked defeated at being scolded by its friend. But turned around and went back the way it came. Trying to find the girl.
Little did Ivy, Jace, Crobat the Pidgey know, they where being followed by something else as well.
Three silhouettes on all fours where staring at them. When they split off, so did two of the silhouettes, hiding in the darkness, While the other just stood there for a while. Then it went back into Saffron then went south twords Vermillion City...

A couple hours later (about 6:00 in the Morning) the sun started coming up. Kent woke up and the first thing he did was check his Pokeballs. There he was, Stock, sleeping, as he usually did during the day. Then he looked at Star... Star has no face, so he can't tell if its asleep or not.
He went right up to the Hotel Manager, who complained about some ruckus upstairs. He explained what happened to the Manager and the Manager looked relieved "I thought we where going to be broken into next! Whoever this Ivy girl is, she seems scary to have broken into buildings before"
There's that name again...Ivy. Why does it sound so...Cruel...Maybe its just because it combined with the word destruction sounds scary. Oh well.
He walked outside of the hotel and saw a sign posted on the window.

"Pokemon Contest! Do you're Pokemon have what it takes to earn the Normal Ribbon! Enter Now!"
the sign showed a date on it and it was
"Tomorrow?" he said "Whats a Pokemon Contest?"
"Its a contest to see who has the best trained Pokemon!" said a voice behind him
"What?" said Kent startled and he turned around and saw a man wearing a white bandanna on his blue hair. He tripped and fell over "wh-who are you?" he asked
The man looked at Kent with a kind expression on his face "Chance Glacier" he said helping Kent to his feet "are you here for a Pokemon contest?"
"No" Kent responded "I came here to look for an adventure!"
Chance laughed. But n a nice way "Well if adventure is what your looking for, then look no further than the Pokemon League!"
Pokemon League! This Kent actually knew of. He didn't want to seem like an ignoramus so he told Chance what he knew "Oh ya! I know that! The Pokemon League! Thats the one where you battle eight Gym Leaders then Challenge the Elite Four to become the Ultimate Pokemon Trainer right?"
Chance laughed again "Ultimate Pokemon Trainer? Ha ha ha! There called the Pokemon Champion son. And if you want to ever become one, then you need to challenge a Gym Leader. But the one here in Vermillion is out for today and tomorrow. He plans on joining the Pokemon Contest tomorrow!"
"So he's Pokemon Contest taker?" Said Kent feeling like an imbecile
Chance laughed "There called Coordinators son. Why don't you try it out?"
"Being a Coordinator?" thought Kent. Pokemon Contest? Sounds like fun! "Where do I sign up!" he shouted at Chance
"At the Pokemon Center. Here follow me" and Chance started walking twords the Pokemon Center with Kent at his heels
