He kept the throwing knife drawn; tapping the blade against the palm of his hand.

Come to think of it. Tsukasa’s presence is too much of a coincidence being that she arrived exactly as he was scanning the room. Nobody saw him enter. He made damn well sure that nobody saw him enter. However her status as an orphan forced to roam the streets makes his heart hinge. It sounded so convincing! He pierces his scalp with his nails, digging through it frantically with gritting teeth.
