Celeste materialized in her sickbay, and she looked around. She saw R'Larn, and nodded. "It's a pleasure to meet you. There's a Romulan vessel approaching on an intercept course with the starbase, so the others are preparing for whatever may come." She looked over at a nurse and requested that the nurse get ready in case of some emergency, and that she open up the comm to Celeste's office. "R'Larn, have you familiarized yourself with the sickbay yet? I've only gone over schematics and the basic layout. I was going to spend the evening physically getting to know my way around, but as we were interrupted during the meeting, that's not going to happen as I had quite imagined. So if you have, I'd like a quick tour of where items are stocked in case we have an emergency. Once we're ready, we'll head into my office and listen to what's going on so that we know what to expect." She said and started getting to work.

Celeste wished she'd had more time before hand, but she would make do with what she could now, and get ready for anyone getting hurt should something happen. She hadn't gone over her files either, so this was not quite what she had expected. The nurse she'd sent on that small errand came back to tell her that her office was ready for her to listen in and then helped get the place ready in case of an emergency.
