Luke ran with Elysia beside him with an Eevee trailing closely. Although this entire commotion was utter chaos and he didn't know what was going on, he somehow know that this Eevee was on his side. He didn't even stop to think about it; he instinctively looked behind to make sure the Pokemon was still following him. As if it had read him, Eevee nodded before continuing to focus on running.

So many thoughts rushed through his mind. Where were they? Why were they hear? Why were the voices so scary? Luke had heard of Team Rocket and other such organizations, could it be them? He had to stop thinking of these things before he started to panic and perhaps pass out.

As they sprinted through the forest, the voices became more distant until finally they were unheard all together. Still, Luke ran to be positive, even though his lungs screamed and his veins pumped battery acid. Finally, after he was sure they had escaped, he slowed to a jog and eventually a halt, hands on his knees talking huge lungfuls of humid air, which only irritated his throat more. For the first time out of the madness, he was able to think about his situation. He slunk down against a tree trunk in disbelief, his eyes wandering into the distant blankly. He wasn't sure of anything right now, he could still just be in a nightmare. He began to tremble; a mixture of fear and adrenaline. Luke was unsure of what to do.
