Darius had been up since seven, and was currently busy making breakfast. They hadn't let him get a full stove installed in his room, so he made do with a propane space heater he'd jury rigged a while back to work as a gas grill, and surprisingly, no one had raised questions once he'd started coming round to people's rooms with things like blueberry french toast and asking if they wanted some. Today's dish was a Rabbit Moco loco, brown rice with chopped rabbit, served under two eggs-over-easy and bacon gravy. He'd been introduced to it at a young age in Hawaii, and had made it a little tradition of his to have it at least once a month. As he cooked, the scent drifted throughout the hallways, making Darius' mouth water in preparation.

A few minutes later, and Darius was digging in, alongside a few other Meddies who had come over. As they all talked and laughed, Darius smiled, glad that, even though they weren't even Player Characters like him, they could all find a common ground in good food. However, he DID wonder about the New Blood. After all, he'd seen that some of them looked like models. Call it a gut feeling, but he was certain that they were PCs as well.
