School girl. That was what Noellen had termed Amil's strange yet familiar behaviour as she sat across from him, how her cheeks redden at her own words and the way she hide away in herself from him in an almost shy-nervousness way. Even though he would never admit it verbally, but she was rather adorable to watch, the way she placed herself so boldly in front of him and only to squirm around in her seat, looking for words that seem to slip away from her grasp, it reminded him somewhat of his past that held some memorable moments. It wouldn't be so bad if he indulged her with his attention, a change of pace from his seclusion and isolation from the society that surrounds him, a way to further refine his mutability with the diversity of the world he lives in.

Noellen could see that even though Amil's words suggested her discomfort, the distance between them lessened as she leaned in towards him, her neck stretched enticingly and exposed to his gaze as her sweater revealed to him more than an eye full, another subtle tug at his lips. With the slow celerity of his gaze and micro motion of his smile, he told her "I think the more important thing to ask is why are you reacting strongly towards me?" a small chuckle emitted from him as he answered her question with his own question, never one to give straight answers so soon or so commonly, preferring to keep the other guessing for as long as he can and learning the answers from the questioner themselves.

It was unusual how easily he was conversing with anyone, let alone a female, in this time of day or anytime for that matter, having been cut off from the one person he had worked hard to keep in touch with and reaching the point in his life the way he did, he was a little surprised to learn that he was still in control of every fibre in his body.

Concentration on Amil's words have wavered as he hasn't realised how close she had move until he felt her legs pressed lightly against his, seeing something else in the way her eyes and smile told him than from her tone of voice, Noellen narrowed his eyes slight with a small tilt to the head at her request from him, ever cautious towards the words spoken from someone who has no boundaries, even if their outward appearance said other wise.

A last minute addition to her request had brought out a genuine half-smile from him as with a short chuckle, the idea of him dancing at a party is ridiculous. Truth be told he was more of an old fashion kind of person when it comes to dancing, but turning down Amil meant that he'll lose an opportunity to get closer to some of the other tenants. Whatever her plan was for him, he wanted to see who would give out first.

"When you put it that way, how can I say no." Noellen stated simply, crossing his leg over the other as he leaned forward in one smooth motion, head resting against his fist as he looked at her dead on with a small spark in his eyes. "Tell me this though...are you asking me on a date?" He drawled out his last word with a sly smile only visible to her.
