Melanie wasn't in the bar long before more and more patrons came in, there were some large groups and she was one girl sitting at a table all to herself, so she picked up her bag and made her way up to the bar and managed to snatch a stool before the bar become over crowded. Melanie looked around the bar and she felt a lot of death emanating from a few people within the bar, a bartender, Shailene, and a patron, Wesley, the death was odd and Melanie instantly recognised them as hunters, the only humans that had such a weird aura of death.
Melanie looked the bartender up and down, her aura was different, it seemed she dealt more in research than the actual killing part of hunting and Melanie then looked at the patron, sitting by the bar, his aura was heavy, most definitely a front line hunter, from a family of hunters, raised to kill any that weren't human. Melanie's eyes lingered over the hunter, her eyes looking for any sort of give away to what rank he was and how many fights he'd been in, but any scars he had were well hidden.
Melanie tore her eyes away from him as she sense more death coming her way, she looked over her shoulder to see a young man, Danny, pushing his way through the crowd towards the bar, Melanie eyed him up, his aura wasn't as heavy as Wesley's but he was definitely a front line hunter too but hasn't been in as many encounters, Melanie deducted until she looked back at Wesley.
'Unless, he's the leader? Melanie thought to herself, she then looked at the hunter who just entered and addressed him. "Excusez-moi, but who is that man?" She asked Danny, unaware that she was talking to his brother.
