Twitched as he poked her forehead, but she smiled anyway. It was sort of cute the way he was poking her and speaking to her in that way. It was also the first time she'd noticed that his ears were a bright red color. Tavyna giggled a bit, keeping the fact to herself that she'd noticed his embarrassment.
Nassir opened up his hand and a replica of his ring lay in his palm. Tavyna, curious in every aspect of the word, leaned forward like a kid and reached for the ring in his hand only to be told not to, "Don't touch. It's warm at the moment. And yes, obviously."
She glanced up at him and then grinned as he complimented her, "Oh my... a compliment. So sweet of you," she teased again. Goodness what was wrong with her...? She was feeling so giddy right then and continually teasing him was making it even worse. She had to stop. It helped a little bit when he finally handed her the ring.
Tavyna frowned a bit as she took the other ring in her hand. If she wore his with the stone side down surely someone would notice, especially if they were paying any attention at all. And if there was anyone like that, it was certainly Lord Kevah... Tavyna sighed a bit. She supposed she would just have to be extremely careful around that man. Then a thought occurred to her.
She'd been wearing his ring for quite some time. To suddenly turn it around would be detrimental, at least she thought so anyway. What if she wore the fake ring around her neck and 'attempted' to hide it? Or maybe the other way around?
"Nassir, do I have to be wearing your ring in order for you to be out and about like you are? Could I hang it around my neck and wear this ring instead as the decoy?"
