Zechariah heard Viola make that assumption about wanting to 'mate' with Viki and could not help but be infuriated by such an implied accusation. He wanted to punch the android hard, but he refrained from doing so. He shouted to Viola, "Idiot! I'm not interested in sex! Don't go making such assumptions without getting to know me, first! On top of that, she's got to be stressed out, as it is, without fretting over something like that!"

Benjamin joined in with, "That's right! My brother never was the kind of guy that was lustful! What kind of scanner are you using, anyway!?"

Kyle's grip on the glass of whisky tightened at the query of what he had to lose. "Just my life. All else was taken from me, a couple or so years ago, by a meltdown." Pulling out a photo of him and his family, he showed it to Minmei. "Yep. That's me when I had brown hair. I didn't choose to have it colored light gray, it happened after the explosion. My parents died instantly, and my little sister received a fatal illness from that same meltdown, an illness I could not pay the treatment for in time." A tear came down as he spoke. "So, you see, I have no family or anything. All I have, aside from this photo, are my life, my knife, and a deck of playing cards. No nice home to go to, no major possessions, nothing to really look forward to. The only reason I am in the military is to live away from street life. Were my sister alive, today, she'd be in her second year of high school. She was extremely compassionate. You'd be surprised how far she would have gone for a stranger, no matter where they came from. And, she had a way of getting people to smile during hardships."
