[font=tahoma]At hearing Celestenia's question, Anneliese looked to her friend. "No. I can't say that I have. Do not fear. We will find a way through the Sickness. The scrolls that the Palace's libraries hold tells of a time nearly forgotten by our kind. The Dragons were kind to Humans and Elves once. They ruled over us like guardians. I just simply cannot believe that they are completely changed. I believe that the Sickness is to blame. If we save this Dragon, perhaps we can save others. The world could even return to the way that it once was. Did you know, that there was a time that we got along with the Elves?" She smiled, thinking of the things of the past. Most called it nothing but false writings but there was just something about the way that the scrolls had been written. She'd never been able to shake the feeling that she'd gotten after reading them.
When Richter returned, Anne was surprised to see that he'd actually been successful. She smiled at him. She hoped that he was planning on doing the skinning. That was something that she normally didn't do unless she had to. "I see that you found some treasures in the forest. I trust that they did not give you too much trouble?" she asked him, eyeing the three bodies. Though she'd been hunting quite a bit, she'd never gone out into the forest by herself..at least into the unknown as Richter had done. She was glad to have him around. It would make their lives much easier.
"There was something else written in the scrolls, Celestenia. It spoke of the World's End. The land of the Dragons. I believe this is where we will be heading next. The Dragon will be able to tell us for sure. I could find no other information of this place as none have ever returned from the edge. We may very well be heading to our deaths."
